  • DEMFACT is registered with the Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen / Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises (KBO/BCE).

  • The platform complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Dutch Uitvoeringswet AVG (UAVG), and Belgian data protection laws where applicable to the Belgian-established operator.
  • In the Netherlands, PEPPOL e-invoicing has been mandatory for B2G (business-to-government) invoicing since 2017. For B2B, PEPPOL adoption is voluntary but growing; DEMFACT enables full compliance where required.

For any dispute related to our services, please contact us first at support@demfact.com — most issues can be resolved directly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Dutch consumer users may bring the matter before the courts of their place of residence (under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, Brussels I recast) and invoke Dutch consumer protection law where more favourable. Complaints may also be submitted to the Dutch Consumers' Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) via consuwijzer.nl or to Stichting Geschillencommissies (sgc.nl).

DEMFACT is not obliged and does not commit to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before any specific consumer arbitration board.
